Da Nang’s Real Estate Market is Gradually Recovering
As one of the leading coastal tourism hubs in Central Vietnam, Da Nang has significant advantages for real estate development. In recent years, segments such as resort villas, apartments, land plots, and condotels have flourished, driven by the city’s tourism potential and well-developed infrastructure.
Compared to last year, when the real estate market faced challenges, Da Nang is now showing signs of recovery, particularly in the apartment segment. According to a report by DKRA, the number of apartment transactions in Da Nang in 2024 increased 2.5 times compared to 2023, with the majority of transactions concentrated in Son Tra and Ngu Hanh Son Districts.
