In Hanoi, a company affiliated with Sun Group has proposed investing in the Ba Vi ecological tourism complex, including a safari component spanning more than 580 hectares. The city has also handed over more than 270 hectares in Thu Lam Commune, Dong Anh, to Song Hong Future Group for a multi-purpose urban area, while more than 8 hectares has been allocated to Thai Ha Company for a housing project for police officers and soldiers. In Tay Ho Tay, coordinated planning, gradually improving infrastructure, a large land fund and spacious workplaces are considered factors increasing the area’s appeal to businesses seeking Grade A offices. Meanwhile, a garment factory in Vinh Tuy Ward could be converted into a 26-story high-end housing complex, with proposed investment capital exceeding VND 3 trillion. T&T Group has also proposed studying four planning schemes in Tuyen Quang, including a 6,000-hectare plan extending from Dong Van Ancient Town to Lung Cu Flag Tower.
In Da Nang, demand for high-end apartments is being supported by the rising number of tourists and international experts staying for longer periods, particularly in the city center and along the Han River. Newtown Legend is promoted for its location on Truong Sa Road, near the sea, a golf course and the Co Co River, together with long-term-owned low-rise housing and a resort-style amenity system. In the high-end segment, Phu My Hung launched Triton Crown in the heart of the urban area, comprising 297 apartments, 28 shophouses and four commercial service homes, attracting around 600 attendees. Phu My Hung’s real estate transaction office will also move from the Lawrence S. Ting building to Crescent Residence 3. In Khanh Hoa, a VND 1.6 trillion resort comprising villas, restaurants and a spa has broken ground in Vinh Hy.
