apartment ownership and the wording of proposed legal provisions on usage
duration, HoREA suggested replacing the phrasing “apartment has a fixed
duration” with “usage duration of a condominium follows the project’s
construction lifespan.” Experts further argued that tying the
condominium’s duration to the building’s lifespan can enhance
responsibility and better protect homeowners’ rights, without unduly
